Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or give an exact shipping time and date.
- Delivery times are based on normal business volume.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
- Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
- For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternative address.
Shipping Couriers
We ship our packages via USPS and UPS.
Pre-Order Shipping
Please note that If your order contains multiple pre-order items, and/or pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once they are available. Pro tip! If you would like to ensure you receive your in-stock items as quickly as possible, we recommend placing orders for pre-order and in-stock items separately.
Here’s why:
- No Split Shipments: We do not currently offer split shipments. This means that if you order both pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available.
- Faster Delivery for In-Stock Items: By placing separate orders, you can receive your in-stock items right away, without waiting for the pre-order items to become available.
Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)
We unfortunately do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by express or priority, and normally arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped.
US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternative address.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Please Note:
- Once items are checked in with USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package or any delays with carrier transit times.
- If an incorrect address is provided, you will need to purchase a new shipping label.
Order Cancellation and Adjustments
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
